To deliver the highest level of external and internal customer satisfaction and maximizing operational performance. • Rationalize inventory by achieving maximum turning the stock TOR and MOS. • Formulate Budgeting, Strategic Business, and Action Plan with following it under guidelines of higher Performance Management and to be Financially Aware (Monthly Evaluation of Operational Costs, Expenses) for the Department and Purchasing Forecasts Goals in addition to Objectives for Dealers. • Increases sales Revenue, Market share, and Maximize Gross Profit Margins GPM. • Adherence to company policy, procedures, and business ethics. • Monitor Utilization of Parts to identify (Fast and Slow) Moving items to properly Planned in maintaining appropriate Stock levels and takes the necessary steps to minimize the Accumulation of Non-Moving Inventory and Management (FIFO) while Minimizing Inventory Costs. • Market Experience (Develop and Implement Marketing plans) with identify New Market Opportunities for Parts Business Expansions and Assisting with any Internal or External Sales or Aftersales Promotions when required that assist the efforts of Sales teams and generate additional Leads. • Parts and accessories inventory control tasks. • Strong business Acumen and proven Leadership abilities engaging with Individuals at all levels and across various regions of the Organization. Build, Improve, and Maintain effective working Relationship and Coordination with all Departments, other Suppliers to ensure the Same High Level of Quality Service is Provided to Internal and Outside Dealerships and Vendors in Local Market. • Monitor supplier’s fill rate and constant BO follow up and release to avoid aged BOs from suppliers and accordingly BOs to customers. • Assists in establishing Pricing Parameters that generate Sufficient Gross Profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining Customer Enthusiasm and Loyalty. Stay updated with Market Trends, Techniques to ensure Wholesale Prices are Competing in the Market. • Coordinate with the Customer Relations Department to enhance Business and effectively resolve customer Complaints about the continual improvement of Services and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Indexes). • Maintaining Logistical Structures and Processes, considering requirements of the organization process with Directs shipping and Receiving efforts to ensure Timely Processing and order fulfillment. • Coordinates a Prompt, Efficient, and Timely Flow of Paperwork. Follow up on Material Returns Process and Credit Notes.
